New or Gently-Used Items -- New or gently-used books, DVDs, CDs, and other materials may be donated at any MCPL location. All donations are subject to our Gift Policy and may be added to the library's collection or sold at the Friends Book Sale. Proceeds from books sales go to support library programs and help purchase library materials and equipment.
Library Gifts & Memorials -- You may donate books or materials in memory of a family member or friend, or in honor of a person, organization or event. If you do not have a specific item in mind, we can help you select something appropriate. We also accept monetary gifts.

Donate to the Foundation -- The mission of the MCPL Foundation is "to support and enhance the libraries of Marathon County and the services they provide." To enhance the library's services, the Foundation began building an endowment in 1998. Interest from the endowment is allocated for special projects that enhance the customer experience while at the library.
