• Library Catalog (V-Cat) -- Use this catalog to browse the collections of all MCPL Locations, as well as those of other libraries in the Wisconsin Valley Library Service. Requests for items from in catalog are not considered "interlibrary loans" (see below). For more information, please visit our Check-Out Policies / FAQ webpage.

• Interlibrary Loan (OCLC) -- Use this catalog to browse for and request materials that are not available using the Library Catalog (V-Cat) link above. This catalog searches libraries all throughout Wisconsin. Requests via interlibrary loan are limited to 10 requests per MCPL customer per month.

• New & Forthcoming Books -- View new releases and popular books, and add your name to the request list. We'll contact you when the book becomes available at the MCPL location of your choice.

• OverDrive (Digital Downloads) -- Check out and download audiobooks, ebooks, music, and videos. You may save these to your computer, burn them to a CD, or transfer them to a digital audio player or other portable device. You will need to install the OverDrive Media Console.

• NetLibrary (online e-books) -- Use this service to access full-text online versions of books, journals, and database content. (These ebooks only viewable online and cannot be downloaded. For downloadable media, use OverDrive.) You will need to create a free NetLibrary account; click here for more information.

• DVD Movies / TV Series -- Browse the Library's DVD collections by title, actor, or year.

• Video Games -- This page contains a visual guide to our growing video game collection, organized first by console (Playstation, X-Box, Nintendo, etc.) and then alphabetically by title. Clicking on a specific title will take you to that item's catalog entry in V-Cat, where you may check whether or not it's available and submit a request for it.

If you think you may have an account with us, but you've either (a) lost the card, or (b) your card doesn't seem to work anymore, please do not re-apply.
