Debi Traeder, from Prevent Suicide Marathon County, will meet with teens to discuss suicide prevention, depression and mental health issues. Teens will be encouraged to bring questions and learn how to help friends through difficult times.

Kids can create LEGO art using stamp pads and LEGO blocks, build and race LEGO balloon cars, and create a mask of their favorite LEGO character. Astronomer Kevin Manning, a former consultant with NASA, will share a slideshow and video footage about the size and scale of the universe, stars and other celestial wonders using hands-on activities and assorted visuals. Calling all teens! On World Food Day, stop by the library to learn about some unusual and natural sources of food – especially bugs! We will be video chatting with Patrick Liesch, an entomologist from UW-Madison's Insect Diagnostic Lab, and Six Foods, a company founded by three women who produce cricket flour based snacks.

Join us for a screening of "The Lumberjack" (1914), the oldest film shot in Wisconsin that still exists in its original, complete form. Cast with Wausau locals, this 16-minute silent film tells a romantic story set against the backdrop of the city's lumber mills.
