Reference Desk -- Our Reference Desk and Branch Staff are always on-hand, ready to help you with your research and other questions. Of course, if you can't make it to the Library, you may call the MCPL Wausau Reference Desk at (715) 261-7230, or contact us online via our Ask a Librarian page.
Our reference services are entirely free; however, we are obligated to recoup material and transmission costs for printing and faxing. Printed pages are 10¢ each. For reference requests that require us to send information by mail, there is a fee of 10¢ per page, plus $1 for postage & processing. To have information sent via fax, there is a $5 out-of-county and a $10 out-of-state surcharge. |

B&W Copiers -- Use our black & white copiers for all your document duplification needs! One-sided, letter or legal-sized copies are just 10¢. Double-sided copies are 20¢. Oversized copies (11"x17") are 20¢ for one-sided copies, 40¢ for double-sided copies. |

Fax Machine -- All MCPL locations provide public fax machines for your convenience. The front desk staff will assist you. Fees for “Non-Library Related Fax Service" are as follows:
- Sending -- $2 for the first page, $1 for each additional page. Faxes are sent while you wait; payment must be made up-front before sending. We cannot guarantee a connection.
- Receiving -- $1 per page. Incoming faxes are held for ONE WEEK. Sender must include your contact info. so we can notify you when your fax arrives. Find your local MCPL fax number here.
We accept cash, check, credit or debit. We must collect payment before sending a fax. Please note that we cannot accept or send international faxes. |
