GCFLearnFree.org -- Over 750 free online lessons for anyone who wants to improve their technology, literacy and math skills.
Microsoft Office Training -- Free video courses and tutorials for Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more. Covers the most recent Office suite as well as previous versions from several years ago.
Mouserobics -- Learn how to use a mouse to navigate webpages. A series of exercises for absolute beginners.
WebWise | BBC -- An online beginner's guide to using the internet, created and maintained by the BBC. Includes introductions to computer hardware and software, using a mouse, common Internet tasks, email and social networking, and privacy/security.
