Library Meeting Rooms may be requested by returning a completed/signed Meeting Room Application to the Library's Wausau Headquarters via fax: 715-261-7204, email: , regular mail, or in person. The All rooms have wireless internet access, plus chairs and tables.
- Wausau Room (3rd Floor) -- Max. capacity 99 people (10 minimum), sink, small refrigerator, coffee-maker, projection screen (projector must be requested).
- Wausau Conference Room (1st Floor) -- Maximum capacity of 15 people.
- Mosinee Meeting Room -- Maximum capacity of 99 people, coffee-maker, sink.
- Stratford Meeting Room -- Maximum capacity of 30 adults (or 50 children), refrigerator, microwave, sink.
Equipment Requests must be made at the same time as your Meeting Room Application, and may include a Laptop, LCD Projector, TV/DVD, White-Board, or Podium. Other equipment may be obtained upon request. All requests are subject to availability.
Study Groups of up to 6 people may use the Wausau Conference Room on a walk-in basis by signing a waiver at the Main Desk. If others are waiting, this will be limited to 2 hours of use.
Other Meeting Rooms are located in the same buildings as some of our branch libraries, and may be requested by contacting the appropriate villiage office.
