"High School" by Haley Y. -- It won't hit you as you walk in the doors that first day as a freshman. It won't even hit you as you fill out college applications and write your millionth essay as a senior. You'll go through the better part of four years not realizing what you have and what you're losing until you're sitting at college in a dorm room with a complete stranger who you now have to live with.
