The Antiques Appraisal Roadshow held at the Headquarters Library on March 9th was a resounding success! Over 90 library customers brought in jewelry, paintings, dinnerware, furniture, toys and assorted nick-nacks for expert appraisals from antiques expert Mark Moran.
The program was so successful and demand so great that Marathon County Public Library is bringing Moran back for a special, one-time fall program. This will be held Sunday September 22nd from 1:30 to 4:30. So, here's another opportunity to bring in that family heirloom and find out its true value.
As always, registration is required. The cost will be ten dollars per item. That cost allows for a four-minute consultation.
Publicity on the fall Antiques Appraisal program will be going out in August. So, mark your September calendar and watch this site for further details.
