When it comes to finding a job, first impressions count! Submitting poorly-done cover letters or resumes won't help your job prospects. If you're unsure of how to write a cover letter or what to include on a resume, don't despair! The Marathon County Public Library's Career Connection Area can help.
All three Career Connection computers located on the Second Floor offer the WinWay Resume program. The program provide sample cover letters which you can then modify to include your own information.
Likewise WinWay has sample resumes for various careers. Once you pick the career/job you're interested in, WinWay displays sample resumes for that job along with fill-in-the-blank templates that allow you to create your own resume.
WinWay also features videos that walk you through the interview process. And it also has links to various Internet job/career websites.
