Library Working to Resolve Catalog Error

UPDATE 2/6/17: This issue has now been resolved. If you happen to experience any further problems accessing the library catalog, please feel free to contact us and let us know about the issue.
Beginning late last week, some library patrons began encountering sporadic errors when trying to access the library catalog, also known as V-Cat. So far, the error does not seem dependent upon the device, operating system or web browser patrons are using. The error is something we are aware of and is something the Wisconsin Valley Library Service (who maintains the catalog) is currently working to resolve.
If you attempt to access the catalog and experience an error, please try again later. You can also contact us any time to report an error with the catalog or our website. Please include as much information as possible, including what kind of device and operating system you are using, which web browser you are on, etc.
