MCPL Awaiting Tax Forms

January 9, 2018

Each winter and spring, the Marathon County Public Library offers a selection of the basic state and federal tax forms for the public to take, free of charge. MCPL Wausau and its branch libraries generally receive these forms shortly before or after the first of the year, but this year, they have still not arrived. Over the past few weeks, we've had many patrons stop in to ask one popular question: "Where are your tax forms?" While we do not know when they will arrive, we can tell you that the forms have been requested.

In the meantime, this year's state tax forms can be downloaded and printed from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue website. You can do that at home or we can print them off for you at any MCPL location at a cost of .10 cents per page. The IRS currently does not have this year's tax forms available on their website.

To find out when MCPL receives these tax forms, call or visit any MCPL location or keep an eye on our website and social media accounts.
