FAQ: Can I change where I pick up requested items?
Yes, you can change where you pick up library items.

For Library Catalog (V-Cat) items:
- To change your "preferred pickup location" for future requests, go to "My Preferences" in the library catalog.
To change the pickup location for items you've already requested but you haven't yet been notified they are available for pickup, go to "Titles On Hold" in the library catalog and use the "Change Pickup Loc." button next to each requested item.
To change the pickup location for items you've already requested and you've already been notified they are available for pickup, please contact us to re-route the items to another location.
To make a permanent change to your "home library," please contact us.
For Interlibrary Loan (WISCAT) items:
You select the pickup location each time you make request.
To change the pickup location after making a request, please contact us.
