When are my items due during the pandemic?

FAQ: When are my items due during the pandemic?

Library items are due on the date reflected in your library account. You may review this information online or by calling 715-261-7209 (24/7). This information also is on your checkout receipt.

You may see your items still checked out according to your online account several days after they are returned. This is because items are quarantined after their return. Fines accrued during this period will be removed after the items are checked in.

Following a series of due date adjustments during the library's COVID-19 (coronavirus) closure (March–June, 2020), library items are now being checked out with due dates as usual. No overdue fines accrued during this time period.

No late fines accrued during a limited "grace period" after the library's limited re-opening (June, 2020). Fines will accrue as usual in 2021.

Please use the outside book drops to return your library items.
