Staff Review: "Happy Cooking"
This is my favorite cookbook so far from chef Giada De Laurentiis! There's something here for everyone, even a few vegan recipes, which made me super happy to see! Giada included vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free recipes for all of us allergy sufferers, as well as recipes to be enjoyed by those without allergy concerns. Included in this cookbook are main meals, salads, pastas, soups, snacks, desserts, holiday and weekend recipes, exquisite side dishes that highlight the power of my favorite thing (veggies), and gifts and tips for the holidays. Also included was a whole chapter devoted to clean eating, and Giada did an awesome job in this cookbook of including information on the side about many ingredients, and every recipe is beautifully illustrated. This is her most beautiful and informative cookbook yet!check it out more reviews
