This is an amazing cookbook for everyone but especially for anyone who a diabetic. Not only are the recipes easy to read and create, but all of the nutritional values including calories, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates and total fats are included with each one. Special occasion recipes are included for holidays, parties and everyday celebrations. Apricot Walnut Bites, Quick Marinara Sauce, Waffles, Strawberry Banana Stuffed French Toast, Thanksgiving Leftover Pot Pie and Shrimp in Mustard Sauce are just a few of the tempting recipes in this book. One of the best recipes is for Grilled Pizza with a full list of ingredients and directions to make it on the grill or in the oven. Tips at the end of this recipe also include ideas for pizza toppings. Check it out at your library. Enjoy!
