Backed by scientific studies and packed with recipes, this is an eye-opening resource for anyone looking to take control of their health. As someone who wants to give myself the best possible chance of avoiding serious illness and diseases like Alzheimer's and cancer, I am so thankful for informative and important books like this and Michael Greger's How Not to Die: Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease. If there were two books that I would want everyone to read, it would be this and Michael Greger's How Not to Die!
