The Life of a Young Adult Author with Brittany Cavallaro

Sat., 9/30/17, 1:30pm - 2:30pm @ MCPL Wausau
Teens (and adult fans) are invited to join us for a talk with Young Adult author and poet Brittany Cavallaro!

Cavallaro, a former Wisconsinite now living in California's Bay Area, is the author of "A Study in Charlotte" and "The Last of August," the first two books in her Charlotte Holmes trilogy. She also is a published poet and has her own collection, "Girl-King."

She'll will join us via Skype to talk about how she got started as a writer, what it's like to write a book series, her writing techniques and methods and more! We'll also have plenty of time for questions, so aspiring teen writers are encouraged to attend. Free and no registration or tickets required!

Support for this program, part of the Central Wisconsin Book Festival, provided by the Marathon County Public Library Foundation, the Friends of the Marathon County Public Library and Wisconsin Public Radio.
