Book Club: "The Winemaker's Wife"
Join our Mosinee Branch staff and other book lovers for an engaging, virtual discussion of our January book club selection, "The Winemaker's Wife" by Kristin Harmel!
A story set amid the champagne vineyards of northern France during the darkest days of World War II follows two women who risk everything when the Germans invade and another in present-day America on a quest to uncover the secret that connects them. "The Winemaker's Wife" is an evocative and gorgeously wrought novel that examines how the choices we make in our darkest hours can profoundly change our lives--and how hope can come from the places we least expect.
Open to the public, no registration required and new people are always welcome! This gathering is scheduled virtually but could be moved to in person if it's safe for us to do so. Also, please note the January book club will meet on the fourth Monday of the month due to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. Call the Mosinee Branch at 715-693-2144 for more information on how to participate.
