Meeting Rooms / Study Rooms

Meeting rooms:

Meeting rooms may be used according to the library’s meeting room policy. All rooms have wireless internet access, chairs and tables. Equipment requests must be made at the time of application and may include laptops and video projectors. Other equipment may be obtained upon request. All requests are subject to availability. A checkout sheet must be completed after each meeting.

  • MCPL Wausau Community Room (2nd floor) — Max. seating capacity of 99 persons. Check availability.
  • MCPL Mosinee Meeting Room (2nd floor) — Max. seating capacity of 99 persons. Check availability.
  • MCPL Stratford Meeting Room — Max. seating capacity of 36 persons. Check availability.

Study rooms:

Study rooms may be used according to the library’s study room procedure for nonprofit educational purposes only. They may be used on a walk-in basis (limited to two hours if others are waiting to use the room). Alternatively, contact us to make a reservation up to seven days in advance. Reserved rooms will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation’s start time, after which the rooms may be made available for other patrons. All rooms have wireless internet, chairs and tables.

  • MCPL Wausau Small Study Room (2nd floor) — Max. occupancy 6 people. Check availability.
  • MCPL Wausau Medium Study Room (1st floor) — Max. occupancy 12. Check availability.
  • MCPL Wausau Large Study Room (2nd floor) — Max. occupancy 10 people. Check availability.
  • MCPL Wausau Conference Room (2nd floor) — Max. occupancy 20 people. Check availability.
  • MCPL Marathon City Study Room — Max. occupancy 8 people. Check availability.

Other meeting rooms:

Other meeting rooms are located in the same buildings as some of the MCPL branches, but their bookings are not managed by the library. Their use may be requested by contacting the appropriate village office using the following information:
