Meeting rooms may be used according to the library's meeting room policy. All rooms have wireless internet access, chairs and tables. Equipment requests must be made at the time of application and may include laptops, video projectors, TV / DVD sets, whiteboards or a podium. Other equipment may be obtained upon request. All requests are subject to availability. A checkout sheet must be completed after each meeting.
Study rooms may be used according to the library's study room procedure for nonprofit educational purposes only. They may be used on a walk-in basis (limited to two hours if others are waiting to use the room). Alternatively, contact us to make a reservation up to seven days in advance. Reserved rooms will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation's start time, after which the rooms may be made available for other patrons. All rooms have wireless internet, chairs and tables.

Other meeting rooms are located in the same buildings as some of the MCPL branches, but their bookings are not managed by the library. Their use may be requested by contacting the appropriate village office using the following information:
